There are a few things that I expect of players that want to join up.

1] MUST be an English speaker that knows how to type/talk/understand everything. If you don't speak English well, and still want to join, talk to me and I'll see if my eyes or ears bleed or not, then I'll decide. I'm not pushing other types of people away, I just don't want to deal with bad communication, since it won't help the guild.

2] Follow orders when given.

3] Members must be mature. No whining, crying, begging, or arguing.

4] Be respectful. Well you can be a jerk to other players, but not to anyone within the guild. Actually you can, jokingly.

5] No breaking the game's ToS.

There are a few other things, but I can't think of anything.
